Bushnell Tour V2 Golf Laser Rangefinder

Bushnell Tour V2 Golf Laser Rangefinder features the PinSeeker technology that uses the combination of pinpoint accuracy and consistency for ranging up to 300 yards or ±1 yard to the flag without the need of reflectors. With a weight of only 6.6 ounces, this rangefinder has a very compact design yet equipped with most advanced rangefinding features to perform with accuracy at a reflective range of up to 1000 yards. The PinSeeker mode provides greater accuracy by eliminating the background distances for acquisition of flag because its LCD only displays the closer object in case multiple objects are acquired.

The Bushnell Tour V2 easily reads distance in yards and in meters, and has 5x magnification, rubber armoring for non-slip, easy grip and comes with a carrying case for added convenience. Equipped with standard Scan mode, it allows panning across the landscape while you view the distance between you and the scanned target in an updated.

The Reviews

Many positive feedbacks came in for Bushnell Tour V2 Golf Laser Rangefinder. According to impressed buyers, it does everything Bushnell claims and the Pinseeker mode works perfectly. It’s compact, lightweight and just tucks into golf bag pockets easily. The distance readout is shown in less than 30 seconds and makes a club decision. This golf rangefinder makes it faster than trying to figure out the distance or stepping off distances from markers on the course, and when you select a club, it’s good to actually know the distance to the flag and it’s useful to check distance to hazards, creeks and the like.

The optics is very good, easy to focus and doesn’t require real steady hands to find the pin and get a distance measurement. The PinSeeker feature works great. For you to get a reading on a flag, just scan back and forth across the flag itself and this range finder will show you the closest reading it gets. Getting the distance to hazards is easy with the PinSeeker setting. However, if you have trouble reading a certain object for some reason, you can switch the PinSeeker off and use the standard Scan Mode so you’ll continuously get updated distances to everything that the laser sweeps across.

For the downside, few online reviewers complained that the LCD’s ten-digit distance readout is displaying only half of the LCD character for the number just after 4 months of use.  It seems impossible to guess the range for distances under 100 yards. Another customer also complained that the infomercial makes it look like a breeze to use but it’s not. A flag that is far away from you looks small in the eyepiece and when the wind is blowing, it’s even harder to get it in the little circle for a measurement. If you don’t lean against something solid, you won’t keep the circle from moving around.

The Bushnell Tour V2 Golf Laser Rangefinder received an outstanding average rating from the people who bought and used it. Nearly all of the online reviewers were impressed by the great performance of this golf range finder. Our review team was impressed by how accurate and compact this Bushnell Tour V2 is.
